The Land of the Christmas Stars is one of the seven Christmas Lands created by Alsace’s Regional Tourism Committee in 1997 within the context of the “Christmas in Alsace” promotional policy (in effect since 1991) for a more even distribution of tourist flow throughout Alsace. The Land of the Stars is made up of nine Tourist Offices that work together to set up, develop and promote high-quality Christmas activities.
